HOW DOES IT WORK?

The  computer program creates a link from their computer to view your computer screen.
Once the connection is made Gavin can work directly on your computer and fix the problem right in front of you while you watch.

TO START THE REMOTE SUPPORT SESSION…

  • Call 07 3471936 and ask for a Gavin

  • Click here to start a support session

  • Copy and paste The Link Below into your web browser

  • http://get.teamviewer.com/sgwrm8q

  • Select “Run”

  • Read out ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’ to Gavin.

  • The link is immediately established with Gavin, allowing them to see your computer screen, control the mouse and keyboard in real-time  almost like being there in person.

STOP THE SUPPORT SESSION

Click the X icon (see to the right) on the bottom right corner of your screen.
We CANNOT access your computer unless you run the file again.
